IMHO this kind of content is way better than the meme/roast videos.
Wild, unpopular opinion: I use a cold-war era 2" ALICE pistol belt. MOLLE accessories fit great on it when you use thread the MOLLE clips tight to the belt like you'd do with a thinner belt.
They go for around $5 and they come in green or black.
If you feel like going full ALICE, there are suspender kits to spread the load out and a variety of LBV platforms that can be attached. These can usually be found at army-navy surplus stores for cheap as well.
Since I am a new player I use Alice because of cost and you are right, it is a very versatile platform
A simple trick that I found for the Velcro paunches is that you can put the Velcro hanger part that you put over the mag into the punch it self and it creates a suspension to keep your mags in the pouch and you don’t have to open the Velcro and slide a mag in during a gun fight
I kinda want one just to become a walking mag supply center.
Buy a chest rig that holds like 10 mags

Great video! This is one of the ones I found & referenced many times when I was first fleshing out my kit & I still run a belt as my first line, chest rig & plate carrier are secondary for most games

I love airsoft battle belts. The one I use is somewhat similar to the police kind the tactical nylon one with the belt keepers with the two buttons
I got one recently and it’s a huge improvement over a chest rig. I got the monk with 3 mags. I do tournaments and into so 3 is fine but I’m doing more outdoor game so i play on getting more mat pouches. Highly recommended.

I think with a belt it's more freedom of movement. The weight can be distributed even more with shoulderstrap support.
I prefer it a bit lower down the waist.
Having a BATTLE BELT that loops through your pants is the exact opposite of a battle belt, they were made to go outside.
Great stuff, guys. An accessories video might be cool as well. Might actually help me narrow down a decent sight/laser/flashlight kit for my SMG.
Then maybe my teammate can finally buy his rifle and we can actually get some practice in.

I just got a UMP gbb and the mags are T H I C B O I S. I'm gonna have to utilize a belt for it since the body pouches on my black vest is used primarily for my MP5 aeg.

How does kevin mount the mag pouches in the belt?
I got Snigeldesign Combat belt, really chunky and quite heavy. But its really nice fitting and comfortable, even with a lot of mumbojumbo on it. As it is chunky and iam chunky, with my lovehandles and beerbelly, its size make none of the mags, pouches or pistol holster poke me in the belly. But as i have no fat in my cheeks it tends to glide down so i gotta use a harness to keep it up.
Really nice setup to use in cold or hot weather. I highly recommend this kind of build.

Bds tactical sells a kinda build your own shooters belt starting at $80 plus depending on the camo you want and type of buckle system it can go up to 130 plus dollars but I’d spend the extra 10-15 bucks for a nicer belt that’s combat proven lol I know it’s for air soft but still can even use it for real weapons

i play indoor mainly, no good outdoor fields by me and i run just a belt no chest rig or plate carrier

i cant use chest rig. i must use battle belt. but as i am low crawler and diver nothing can be attatched forward. sides or backmount only.

My dump pouch acts as the floor. I drop in it after a reload then reindex shortly after.
No holster on that last Battle Belt? I'm wondering if I should make the move to a Battle Belt with Suspenders. I started with a Tactical Vest (you end up carrying too much stuff), to a Chest Rig (soooo belly heavy, running I feel like Santa) and still had pistols on my belt. Might as well go everything on the belt...

I run my pistol, pistol mags, and dump pouch on a belt but I run 8 midcaps so I run a minimalist chest rig that has 4 double mag pouches and 2 more pistol mag pouches
These two are both so built they barley for into the frame 🤣

this is airsoft... they are all fake guns of course it wouldnt work if it was a real gun. most airsoft parts are not durable enough for real guns let alone his stock. no airsoft gun would work as a real gun because they are airsoft guns....

Underrated Commenter It’s pretty straightforward. The dye mask just flares out from his cheeks, which pushes his head away from his gun while he is attempting to aim. The dropped stock is essentially compensating for the massive cheekbones that a larger mask gives you.

@@smileydog5941 Yeah but then you'd either make sure the camera is at an appropriate distance to keep the subjects in frame or simply use b-roll footage to showcase the belts.
I'm a dumbass when it comes to these details but now that OP mentioned it I can't help to notice the mistake in the framing.

What is the purpose of the pistol mag and pistol? If you are running a sniper or DMR fair enough, most fields mandate a pistol, but running an M4 the pistol mags and pistol just look like things you could do away with, either to run slicker, or to carry an extra M4 mag or two.
