@@GuitarsRgood7 honestly, i seem to switch back and forth between the Dark Terror and the OR15 the most (and thats out of about 16 different amps i own)... I had already owned about 10 different amps before i discovered how awesome Orange amps are... I bought the Micro Dark and when i hooked it up to a Marshall 4x12, i was blown away... And thats what led me to getting the Dark Terror and the OR15... I fell in love with Orange so much, that my next purchase is gonna be a big boy Rockerverb 100... If you like the Orange voicing/tone, i dont think youd be unhappy with whatever choice you make... But in my opinion, id say get the Dark Terror.

In resume, the Orange OR15 is better in sound by just a half cm you have to put it head to head just to notice the diference, its aesthetically better in my opinion BUT the Rocker 15 give's you more playability by switching bedroom/headroom beacuse if you can't make to much noise, and you switch to 7w is still noisy you can handle it with a volume pedal tho.
Its just a matter of preference.

So to my ears they both sound like each other, but the OR15 is brighter and has more gain come in earlier. I’m really surprised they aren’t more different. Seems like you could for the most part eq them to sound the same. Like if you added a resonance control to the or15 you’d have the rocker.

Still one of the best channels which show cases the Orange Amp’s capability.
OR15 to Rocker 15 Terror (Proud owner) of the latter
Though there are solid state amps like Boss Katana which really is good, but nothing beats a true Tube Amp.
The best part is the Rocker Terror is able to really get different tones with OD pedals at the front. With a EFX loop is really a plus too. At low volume is not shabby either, definitely apartment friendly…neighbours have not complained yet…:3
Nearly jumped on a DSL20 head but was told to try around, that thick Fuzz/Dist from the Orange is what I wanted. Threw a TS-ish pedal at the front and changed the tone.
Now I am upgrading to the BOSS Katana Waza 212 cabinet and see if I am able to get great sound. Still playing and doodling around on this amp and this channel is a great inspiration for diff settings m

To me at least, the OR15 has a much more prominent upper end, and sounds kinda like a Marshall, while the Rocker 15 has a more prominent lower end and what seems like a slightly darker but fuller sound. The other thing about the rocker is that it does sound a little congested, but kind of in a good way. Everything sounds kinda closer together and makes a more dense sound, especially when the gain is cranked. Both Amos are great though this one is definitely just a personal preference thing

To get a good EQ on both a dirty AND clean channel you have to go all the way up to the TH30... I think that’s the one. Anyway, that’s a lot of watts and a really big head.
