We can each relate to these words at some time or another in life. Mine was when my two parents were sick at the same time years ago, then passing just weeks apart; when I lost each sibling over a span of about 3 years.

Lorrie's voice has changed over the years, but I think that happens to most, if not all, singers. That has to be extremely upsetting and concerning to an artist.
Nonetheless, the song is very powerful and haunting, and Lorrie clearly is giving it her all. I hope the record does well for her, as Richard Landis produced it beautifully.
