I couldn't find any manual online, do you know if there is a compressor function onboard like the V10? Would be so useful for some of the old soul and disco records...
FXs part is one of the good part of this beauty. Sound, maneuverability, feeling are other great parts 👍 But I really enjoy the onboard FXs cause you can use them like a pedal FX more or less. Very interesting section.
Interesting video from another youtuber - they (a pioneer product demonstrator) state that the Neve transformers are only engaged when in the white and red area of the channel levels, adding some compression and (desireable) harmonic distortion. Have you noticed any difference in sound in the scenario?
If I take the idea that the Euphonia is pretty the same as the Rane MP-2014/2025 I had, so digital mixer, the Euphonia is warmer than them and for me it was because of Neve transformers. But when their are engaged I don’t know. When I will receive mine I will tell you.
In the opposite of all other DJ softwares, the rules for Traktor PRO 3 is : you have your licence you can plug what you want. I'm pretty sure it will be the same with the 4.
okay, this is insanely unexpected. An official v10 rotary would have made a lot of sense, but this seems like a Frakenstein mixer with the digital display. Having said that, I'll probably be picking it up, because you can't not!
It's just a zip from a Audacity project. If you don't want to run the Audacity project feel free to take all the wav files into the folder and put them in your own DAW. 👍
I can see two things happening. First Pioneer starts to make products out of the club standard box (looks and design), wich is realy cool. Second Pioneer slowly changing peoples opinion (wich was not fair by the way) about bad sound. This mixer looks like build specially for me 😮 but price looks like its for someone else😢😅. I will keep saving for opus quad. Thanks for video 👍
Really thank you for the « not fair » subject. I don’t want to defend Pioneer, but yes people don’t test, don’t listen, talk too much and finally are not fair about Pioneer sounds today. Yes with DJM-500, 600 maybe 800, but now. Please, people, be fair, be objective, talk less act more. For the price, tell you this : Mastersound valve 4 3200€ Rane MP-2015 3500€ Formula sound ff4.2 3400€ Etc Etc Etc
@@DJSTUFF I didn't listen to it yet. Watching youre chanel for some time now and I know I can trust youre opinon, but I will definitly listen to it on the evning. Wonder how it's going to compare to Rane 2014. Great u r making this audio test files 👍
It's insultingly expensive. Not in an aspirational way, but in an unattractive way. Let's not forget vendor lock-in. What happens when pioneer won't update the drivers for USB-4,5,6 or whatever new model appears. Let's not forget that it also requires a license upgrade for DVS like Serato. So I have to pay more for the mixer, to pay more for the software. Better off buying the ARS mixer they've clearly ripped off, and adding a high quality external audio interface.
🤔 Let’s not forget those high quality external audio interfaces will not work with usb 4-5-6 like the Euphonia And the Euphonia can be played like an ARS without a computer. As far as I can see Pioneer is not the baddest constructor in the DJ work for providing drivers in the long terme. Look Allen&Heath, look Rane… oups… And between you and me, if you are not talking D.V.S. the Euphonia works without drivers. To finish with, all people talking about high quality audio, you want to sell me that having analog with lots of cables around ( sound card, ext fx etc etc ) is better than having every thing inside ? It’s a little bit nonsense.
@@DJSTUFFthere's three points I think matter. Price, future proof, vendor lock-in. That's what I'm indicating. I previously owned an Allan & Heath Xone:4D. I loved it. But when later OS revisions came (14 years later). No new drivers are available. It's internal sound card/midi interface is now useless. And, repair? It's difficult to find someone to fix it, as it stands. And it was a $3700+ mixer, in 2008. So this guides my thoughts about the Euphonia. ARS is built by someone who has been repairing UREI for 40 years already. That's a service lifespan. And if it's only the digital components which need to be managed over my mixers lifespan, id rather an external interface which I can replace later on, than be stuck with another legacy brick. At this price point, I feel this is a fair comment.
@@DJSTUFF I take my old analog Rodec mixer and my isolator from the dusty shelve and you put back your USD 3500 digital mixer in the supermarket. No doubt

THIS is the definitive review !👍👍
Thank you very much for your support.
I really like Mojaxx one, the other ones 👎
Thank you for going through the FX in such detail....i really really want one now :S

Can I used with Traktor pro 4 or Traktor pro plus ?

When you make a rotary you have to do it simple. V10 is so great but to much things. Here it’s simple and the sounds is greeeaaaat !
Tried to download the file but it has a strange extension.

I hope you will find enough to get it, it’s superbe. Did you ear the audio versus in the description ?

did i miss it, was tthere a price ?
On the picture and description mate. 👍
Pioneer is the only brand that is not USB audio class compliant, meaning you can not connect an iPad or phone to it. A shame.
This can never be called a rotary mixer.....because a mixer has potentiometers in the fader area, that doesn't make it a rotary......
Ok so the Rane MP-2014/2015 weren’t rotaries never.
too expensive

It's all relative. To some people buying a coffee at Starbucks is expensive.
I have to disagree. It's not priced relative to its build difficulty or its components rarity... This is priced at asshole pioneer levels.
Bullshit, really.
A breathtaking argument. Bravo.
