If you become the powerhouse of the cell then you become the powerhouse of the game. If you become the powerhouse of the game then you become the powerhouse of life. Riot is getting really irresponsible with these champion designs.
It would be pretty cool if a champion would open up a little minigame after hitting enemy champion three times with your basic attack. As a reward for completing a little minigame, you would dash for a short distance and deal %hp true damage on your next basic attack, stun the target after a 3 second delay and het a shield. And you obviously would hit your teammates with it, then it will make them invulnerable, but unable to preform any actions until an enemy champion tries to hit them three times with their basic attack, that would open up a little minigame. #everythirdbasicattack
This champions passive is called #justriotthings. Every third basic attack will create an extra 3rd basic attack that deals % health damage, scales with both AD and AP and opens up a little minigame where you do 3 basic attacks to unlock the rest of their abilities.

Here's a champ idea. His name is Mr.Mime (not the Pokemon, completely original) and his passive is he deals the same damage back to the attacker, and his other abilities don't matter. What does matter is his ult, his ult copies any ult of any champ including his own ult, so you can just copy your copy so you can copy someone else's copy of an ult that you wanna copy and...and...
