@@erickunderwood3425 very long story haha! Long story short I was lds for 24ish years stop going because I was overwhelmed with callings and very unhappy. My brother shared the ces letter with my wife and I and we read it and were shocked. The next 4 years I was a hateful atheist with all kinds of problems. Thank God my friend shared the true gospel with me and after some hard research I accepted Christ. I’ll never look back! Obviously I left out most details. ruclips.net/video/VHjy7q49Xso/видео.html I was able to share my story on this RUclips page if you wanted to hear the whole story lol. There is a lot of other cool stories of people leaving Mormonism and coming to Jesus on this page as well.
Praise God. This is amazing. I love seeing this. Preaching the Gospel of God is both loving God and loving neighbor which are two very important commandments. Every Christian I believe should be doing the same. This is how we bring people to the kingdom of God. God bless you all and your families. Thank you for being a great example and inspiration. Listening to you all helps me understand better questions to ask and scriptures to quote.
Apologia is misquoting Philippians 2 to try and make his point. He says Philippians 2 says “though he existed eternally in the form of God” but that’s not what Philippians 2 actually says. Think about what Hebrews 13:8 must actually mean if Jesus was a spirit before he came to Earth, then lived his life on Earth as a man capable of suffering and death and then is now seated forever on the right hand of the Father.
Philippians 2:10-11 New King James Version 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. ---- love from minnesota
I mean this in the most respectful way possible brother, but it’s because the lds church teaches a different Jesus than one from the Bible. Specifically one of the ways is like how Mormon doctrine teaches that Jesus was the first born spirit child created through a Heavenly Father and a heavenly Mother which is not biblical. Jesus is the eternal God. John 1:1 John 8:58. There are also a few other doctrines that teach a different a gospel that I can talk about but not trying to come at you in anyway and if you think I’m wrong I would love to talk about it but I have a huge heart for the lds church and want to tell people about the truth:)
As Mormons, we accepted the statement in the Articles of Faith that says we “believe the Bible as far as it is translated correctly.” It started to bother us, because it seemed unreasonable to say that, yet not clarify where the translation might be incorrect. If the Church knew that it was incorrect, why didn’t the Church correct it? The LDS Church as an organization employs a large number of translators covering a majority of the world’s languages. The Hebrew text for the Old Testament as well as the Greek text for the New Testament are available, and even the Septuagint, the Greek translation of the Old Testament. (It was translated from the Hebrew about 270 BC. Greek was “the language of the world” at the time. This Greek version of the Old Testament was in common use at the time of Christ.) Most of the quotations from the Old Testament in the Greek New Testament are from the Septuagint. It is quite obvious that the Septuagint, and thus the Hebrew Old Testament as well, are correct, since Jesus Christ quoted from them and by doing so authenticated them. On the road to Emmaus, Jesus said to His disciples, “O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken…. And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself ” (Luke 24:25-27). Notice that He started from Moses, i.e., Genesis, and went through all the prophets (in other words, the entire Old Testament), explaining that it all was written about Him. He did not mention any mistranslation in the Septuagint, or any missing books or mistaken scriptures. The Old Testament was complete in 400 BC and, as we have already mentioned, a complete canon in Greek (the Septuagint) about 270 years before Christ was born. Jesus himself assured us (Matthew 5:18) that “…till heaven and earth pass, not one jot or one tittle shall pass” from His Word until all is fulfilled. (A “jot” and a “tittle” are the smallest parts of the letters, like dotting an “i” or crossing a “t.” ) Heaven and earth have not passed away, so we have His promise that we can trust His Word to be correct and complete. When we came to the conclusion that we could trust the Bible and accept it as the infallible Word of God, it made a huge difference. We learned from it that what Mormon doctrine says about God is not the Bible doctrine of God. Mormon doctrine teaches that God was once a man who had a father-who had a father, and so on. According to the Bible, God is not a man (Numbers 23:19); there were no other gods before Him nor will there be after Him (Isaiah 43:10); the God of the Bible says that He doesn’t even know any other gods. (Isaiah 44:8). That should make it clear to everyone that God was not first a man who had a father before him and also that men will not become gods. Jesus, whom we had accepted as Mormons, is not the Jesus of the Bible. Jesus of the Bible is literally God Almighty, who became a man to redeem us (Isaiah 7:14; 9:6). We learned that He created everything, including Lucifer (Colossians 1:16), He is not a brother of human spirits nor a brother of Lucifer. He is the only Way, the Truth and the Life (John 14:6; Acts 4:12). His salvation is a gift, so no one can boast of earning it (Ephesians 2:8, 9); but one must know Him, as John 17:3 says. If we do not know that He is God, we will die in our sins, as He himself said in John 8:24. Doing good deeds in Jesus’ name without having a relationship with the true Jesus Christ, will not benefit anyone (Matthew 7:22-23). We could also see that there is no second chance (for the dead), since Jesus said in Luke 16:26, when speaking about the rich man and Lazarus, both of whom had died, “that there is a great gulf fixed; so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us….” That means no missionary work on the other side. They cannot pass across that gulf. Hebrews 9:27 says, “It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.” After death comes judgment, not a second chance. Psalm 49:7 says also, “None of them can by any means redeem his brother, or give to God a ransom for Him.” Nothing we can do, after someone is dead, will help him. But the Bible says that we should “…exhort one another daily, while it is called Today….Today, if you will hear his voice, harden not your hearts…” Hebrews 3:13-15). Our plea to you God’s way is very simple. If you would like to receive the truth, may we suggest that you go to God in prayer and tell Him that you want to denounce all false ways and false views of Him, which you may even have promoted, and that you now accept Him and His ways, and ask His guidance in understanding His Word, the Bible. Ask God to search your heart and help you to understand that you cannot earn your salvation, but that you will accept it as a gift from God, as Ephesians 2:8, 9 says. Recognize that you are a sinner worthy only of the judgment of God and that you now want to receive the true Jesus Christ of the Bible into your heart and life, for you now believe that Jesus has paid the penalty for all your sins, past, present and future-when, hanging on the cross, He declared “It is finished” (in Greek, literally “Paid in full”)-and that you now want to solely serve only Him. Ask God to help you to grow in the grace and knowledge of the true Savior, Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18). Amen. The One True God
Translations are not done by one religious body. New translations appear all the time, usually involving 80 or more scholars. When the new translation comes out people complain. Look at the various revised versions of the NIV or NRSV. When versions like the NKJV or The Message comes out people complain. So a new translation is not the only answer.
Apologia says that God doesn’t ever say that we’ll take on his being as God. The Bible says: Psalms 82:6, John 10:34, Romans 8:17, 2 Corinthians 3:18, Galatians 4:7, Ephesians 4:13, 1 John 3:2, Revelation 3:21.
Exactly. Jesus Christ's church or Jesus Christ? Why not both? Denying becoming like God at least is so wild to me. They have other better supposed contradictions but this one is so frustrating to me to watch people still argue this. They still don't understand the Bible.
Apologia says they don’t believe in a pre-mortal existence. The bible says Genesis 2:1. If all the host of the earth were created by the seventh day of creation Genesis 1:26,27 then who was being created after the seventh day? Genesis 2:5,7, 18,21,22. Genesis 1:26,27 is the pre-mortal spiritual creation of man and in Genesis 2 we have man’s physical creation. Proverbs 8:22-31 also proves the pre-existence of man.
So he said his experience determines reality and not God and His word. He looked to himself for what is real and abandoned God’s ultimate truth. His knowledge is ultimate and not God’s.
No the answer of his prayers to God in the name of Christ. And by the Holy Spirit he learned something. The Bible has been messed up over time. You know that and it contradicts itself. God's knowledge is ultimate, that's why the LDS church is so adamant about always asking God for yourself and gaining a testimony.
Psalms 94:10 He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, shall not he know? Joel 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: Malachi 3:16 Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.
The context of Jude being counselled to “contend for the faith” was because people were coming into their congregation, denying Jesus Christ and sexualising the church. Latter Day Saints don’t do any of that, neither do they approach members of other faiths trying to pull their beliefs down. Trying to bash other faiths is what Apologia does and we know who is the instigator of such behaviour. Revelation 12:10.
Questions: why must we believe that your truth is THE truth? Why is it important to destroy the LDS church? Just because YOU believe what you believe, how do YOU know that YOU are right? Maybe WE are right and YOU are wrong.
Hi Linda, I was just watching this video and read your comment. I hope your doing well. It’s been 5 months since your comment. I’d like to give a response. The Bible is the foundation of everything we learn about the Christian faith. So, how we use the Bible in forming our beliefs is very important.
@@bryanpratt5850 You're preaching to the choir, here. Lots of people use the Bible to form their beliefs, but there seem to be as many different beliefs based on the Bible, as there are people who believe the Bible. And too many of them seem to think that THEIR way is the ONLY way. Personally, I can't conceptualize a god that would take those who are earnestly and sincerely seeking HIS will in their lives, and throwing them Into some eternal barbeque pit because they chose the wrong church or something.
Jesus of the bible said he was truth and his words were truth not to trust in the name of a building, not trust in a man, but him and not to add to his teachings or take away. The Gospels were recorded by eyewitness of the Christ that walked on earth in the flesh, not a vision or a dream to someone. Joseph has taught a different Jesus and Gospel. The Jesus within the pages of the bible warned very seriously about false teachers. Joseph has taught that God was once a man, that totally contradicts and defies the Diety of God. Please be careful of what God you serve and what spirit bears witness to you 🙏🏼♥️
The Bible says that God is God “from everlasting to everlasting” (Psalm 90:2), and when it speaks of the Messiah, God becoming a man (not a man becoming God!), it says: For a child is born to us, a son is given to us:… and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6); Are you not from eternity, Lord my God, my saint? (Habakkuk 1:12) Believers in the God of the Bible are given these comforting words: “The everlasting God is your refuge, and beneath are everlasting arms…” (Deuteronomy 33:27). To the followers of Joseph Smith, Brigham Young, and LDS prophets today, we would like to say, as Joshua said to Israel, “…choose this day whom you will serve…but as for me and my house we will serve the Lord” (Joshua 24:15). . In the English Bible (KJV), whenever the word “Lord” is in capital letters, it is the Hebrew name of God represented by the consonants YHWH (the Hebrews dared not pronounce it) and is translated both “Lord” and /Oh, God". When God spoke to Moses, He declared to be the Lord, the Great I AM, and said that by His name YHWH (JE-HO-VAH) He was not known to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. This was the first time He revealed His name (Exodus 6:3). Throughout the Bible, the words “I am the Lord your God” (Exodus 6:7) or “I the Lord God” are used by God to tell the prophet who it is that is speaking. The word “Lord” (YHWH) and the word “God” (ELOHIYM) are used as in the example above: “I, the Lord God” (not “we”, as the Mormon Church teaches). Speaking of Deity, Mormon Doctrine, page 576, says: Since each of these persons is a God, it is evident, from this point of view alone, that there is a plurality of gods. (Emphasis added) In Hebrew, the word “El” means God. The word “Elohiym” is the plural form of “El” (similarly, the word cherub is singular, and the word cherubim is plural). When we read in our English Bible, “I am the Lord your God,” if we put it back into Hebrew it would read, “I am YHWH your Elohiym.” One doesn’t get two gods from it-only one God. “Trinity” is not mentioned in the Bible as a word, but a plurality of persons in ONE GOD is clearly demonstrated throughout the Bible. The Bible came to us through Israel. To the Jew there is but one God, YHWH. Deuteronomy 6:4 is what Jews repeat daily, and with their dying breath say: “Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God is one Lord,” or in Hebrew: “Hear, O Israel, YHWH our Elohiym [plural] is one YHWH.” Most people agree that the Father is God. The Bible teaches that Jesus is God (John 1:1,14; 20:28) and that the Holy Ghost is God (see Acts 5:3-4; 1 Corinthians 3:17; 6:19), but the Bible also teaches that there is only one God. In Isaiah 45:5,6,14,18,21,22, God says that there is no other God or Lord. Other examples: Deuteronomy 4:35,39; 32:39; 1 Samuel 2:2; 2 Samuel 7:22; 22:32; 1 Kings 8:60; Psalm 18:31; Jeremiah 10:10; Galatians 3:20; Ephesians 4:6; Mark 12:32,34. James 2:19 tells us that even the demons know and believe that there is only one God. Why is it that the LDS Church doesn’t know or believe that? The LDS Church says that there is more than one God because in Genesis 1:26, God says, “And God said, let us make man in our image….” Note that there is only one image, and the next verse clarifies it by saying, “So God created man in his own image…in the image of God created he them.” God of the Bible is Triune God, one God, three Persons, as 1 John 5:7 says, “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.” The Hebrew word Elohiym (GOD, in plural) refers to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, but the verb is in the singular in every case where the plural form of God, “Elohiym,” appears. Examples of what God says about Himself: “I, the Lord God,” (I, YHWH Elohiym-not “we,” YHWH and Elohiym), or “I am the Lord your God,” (I am YHVH your Elohiym-not “we are” YHWH and Elohiym). Since the Bible declares itself to be God’s Word, it doesn’t “argue” about God. The Bible clearly says that His ways and thoughts are far above our thoughts, but that through the Holy Spirit we can learn to understand what He has done for us and how great His love is toward us and thus believe in Him. God has given us a simple way, one way, a narrow way. Let no one confuse you about that. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life” (John 14:6). He said in John 17:3, “…this is eternal life, to know thee the only true God and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.” Just because you may previously have believed the false teachings of the LDS Church doesn’t mean that you cannot now accept the truth from God’s Word, the Bible.

Jesus, or Apologia? "And this is life eternal that they may know thee the only true God and Jesus Christ whom thou has sent" Satan And his minions have done quite well in blinding and keeping people from the true nature of God... and hence eternal life. A main way he has done this is by introducing and spreading the satanic concept of "the Trinity". Everyone, choose Jesus, and not the Satanist doctrines such as the Trinity from apologia.
*When Mormons refer to Jesus Christ, the Lord, they are referring to a Mormon jesus who is the older brother of Satan* who are two of the many sons of a Mormon polygamist exalted man god, who had numerous sons and daughters with his numerous goddess wives. Also the Mormon polygamist exalted man god is one of a myriad of Mormon polygamist exalted men gods who are fathers, grandfathers, great grandfathers, etc. Also, the Mormon jesus was not conceived by the holy spirit but by the Mormon god the father with Mary, begotten in the natural way as we were of our fathers.
Good job guys
Will be praying for him.
Praise God for the work ya'll do, I need to get up off my butt and start talking to people!
Love the ministry you are doing brothers!
They're Calvinist preachers and are not doing ministry.

Jesus Christ's church or Jesus Christ? Why not both?
Praying for him to he needs the truth planted inside of him.🙏
He already has the truth.

And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
Hebrews 10:24 (KJV)
Our plea to you
God’s way is very simple.
Amen.

Translations are not done by one religious body. New translations appear all the time, usually involving 80 or more scholars. When the new translation comes out people complain. Look at the various revised versions of the NIV or NRSV. When versions like the NKJV or The Message comes out people complain. So a new translation is not the only answer.
Apologia are Calvinists. They are not evangelical Christians by far.
😂😂😂😂
Apologia says that not everyone are children of God. The bible says Acts 17:28,29.
Funny how they don't respond to these
So he said his experience determines reality and not God and His word.
Let's meet Slc Temple doing excommunications for dead in pond. Call me
Psalms 94:10
He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, shall not he know?
Joel 2:28
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
Malachi 3:16
Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.

Jesus has told us to believe in Him. Not the name of a church, not in a man not anything but his
Jesus of the bible said he was truth and his words were truth not to trust in the name of a building, not trust in a man, but him and not to add to his teachings or take away. Please be careful of what God you serve and what spirit bears witness to you 🙏🏼♥️
@@NeilAldridge-jp7rl I believe in Christ. I belong to His church. I listen to Him through His prophets.
The Bible says that God is God “from everlasting to everlasting” (Psalm 90:2), and when it speaks of the Messiah, God becoming a man (not a man becoming God!), it says:
For a child is born to us, a son is given to us:… and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6); Are you not from eternity, Lord my God, my saint? (Habakkuk 1:12)
Believers in the God of the Bible are given these comforting words: “The everlasting God is your refuge, and beneath are everlasting arms…” (Deuteronomy 33:27).
Speaking of Deity, Mormon Doctrine, page 576, says:
Since each of these persons is a God, it is evident, from this point of view alone, that there is a plurality of gods. (Emphasis added)
In Hebrew, the word “El” means God.
Deuteronomy 6:4 is what Jews repeat daily, and with their dying breath say: “Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God is one Lord,” or in Hebrew: “Hear, O Israel, YHWH our Elohiym [plural] is one YHWH.”
Most people agree that the Father is God.
The LDS Church says that there is more than one God because in Genesis 1:26, God says, “And God said, let us make man in our image….” Note that there is only one image, and the next verse clarifies it by saying, “So God created man in his own image…in the image of God created he them.” God of the Bible is Triune God, one God, three Persons, as 1 John 5:7 says, “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.”
The Hebrew word Elohiym (GOD, in plural) refers to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, but the verb is in the singular in every case where the plural form of God, “Elohiym,” appears.
He said in John 17:3, “…this is eternal life, to know thee the only true God and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.”
Just because you may previously have believed the false teachings of the LDS Church doesn’t mean that you cannot now accept the truth from God’s Word, the Bible.
excellent example of biblical Christians who know the Bible and know they are sinners against a man who is ignorant of scripture and thinks his religion will save him. Luke 18 9-14

Jesus, or Apologia?
"And this is life eternal that they may know thee the only true God and Jesus Christ whom thou has sent"
Satan And his minions have done quite well in blinding and keeping people from the true nature of God... and hence eternal life.
Also, according to Orson Hyde, a Mormon so-called apostle, the Mormon jesus married to three women and maybe had children.

we use scripture to interpret scripture, and your "scriptures" contradict basic and clear theology within scripture. Like God being the Only God none before or after. Isaiah 44.
