I used to assemble Yamahas, Hondas and Suzukis back in my younger days, all assembly manuals from all 3 manufacturers show to have the gap in the back of the clamps as your bike was when you started disassembly. I have no clue why they do it like that.
On the brake line how easy was it to pull it to the right to its new cable tied position? My cable is reluctant to move that far, and I don't want to force it in case I damage it somewhere under the tank
Thank you Sir for the video. Very clear! I see in the description that you own a C3 Pro and a Neotec 2. How would you compare these 2? Especially about the confort and the air flow in it (aeration). (I am considering to buy a neotec 2 or the c4 pro...) Also, do the intercom from cardo bold fits into the Shoei?
Well the down side is that I haven't worn the Shoei much yet. I bought it on a sale to replace my C3 pro at the end of this riding season. The one thing I have noticed so far is it seems the shoei doesn't cover the bottom of my chin quite as well as the C3. As for the Cardo Bold. I am currently using a sticky mount on the C3 and had to put a small hole in the neck roll fabric to get it inside the helmet because of the way the neck roll is design. As for the shoei I am not sure yet. I am sure I'll still have to use a sticky mount, but I think I can get it behind the neck roll. I am sure you're aware that Sena makes a unit for the neotec 2 that fits into it's special compartments. I am hoping to use those compartments to hide wires. I plan on doing a video of it this winter when I switch everything over. Hope that helps some. Sorry I don't have better answers for the comparison so far.
Having clamped many a work piece, I can tell you that the single gap makes for a firmer clamp over the bars
Leave the gap!!! The caps are designed this way. You risk busting a cap trying to even the gap.

Hi,how much do you can dow and rear the risers for the handlebar close to pilot?
I am not sure how much they come back. I would assume it would say on their website.

I didn't find it difficult.
Great view 10 ft away.
Thanks.

You still kept the bar risers on or removed them?
Still have them on the bike.
Anyone know the torque spec on those two bolts?
I do not.
Can you do a wheelie?
LOL.... not on my best day. I think you know that. lol
Is there the same size for bmw f 850 gs 2019 ?
I do not know if the bars are the same size. I would think it would be on their web site.
but now you can't install a tank bag because it touches it !!
My Mosko Moto does not touch the bars. I bought the Pico though. I wanted a small tank bag as to not get in the way if I need to stand.
@@PatsAdventuresTravels really? Give me a link for our tank bag please....or make a video
