It might seem like extra work, but I think it would have been a little less effort to just snug up the bottom and top set of bolts just tight enough to hold things in place but still be able to move things. Then position everything where you like it, mark the bar position and then remove the bars. Then torque the bottom bolts with the bars off, then remount the bars and torque the bar clamps. The reason being is that you can access the bolts to the lower clamp that way and therefore get the proper torque on them without damaging the hex head or having to cut an allen wrench to fit.

You didn't double torque each bolt. That's more mechanically inclined than most mechanics dude! Great video!! 👍
