Thomas, cheers to you for running with hip issues. I’m a 45-year-old woman (not sure your age, but I think similar), finished Boston in 3:54, & I just now, this week, ran 8 miles. My runs have been trash post-Boston. I finally feel back to normal, but it took this long. I didn’t even race Boston & it still messed me up. You guys are one race & onto the next. Not sure how you’re super human but 👏🏻👏🏻.
Y’all need to come down to Cincinnati for Flying Pig weekend, which usually coincides with Derby weekend in Louisville, Running and betting all in one weekend!!

Speaking of dropping poop from a plane, in 2015 an airplane accidentally emptied their poop tank on a sweet 16 Birthday party! Just thought I'd share lol

The only thing better than a hot shower is a hot bath with a CBD bath bomb 😊. Heaven after Saturday’s rainy race!
