Hi I had a questions! I’m a K1 visa on my paper work I put both my kids on! My elder was 16. And my youngest was 12 that time when I and my fiancé get married… now! My elder was 20 and my youngest 16 so I’m planning to get them here! And husband will get petition them I’m also GC holder now but still waiting my 10 yrs Gc!! So my question is should be no problem if my husband be the petitioner? ( step father)

Have a 5 year visa, came to America in February, was due to leave March 22nd but lockdown due to COVID 19. I 94 expires on August 22nd. Ban not lifted on International flights to my country. What should I do?
