The other option is moving it to another person’s backyard. If not, put it in a downtown area. That’s the only realistic solution.

Any normal residence there is usually a certain amount of time during the day that noise is allowed. Try calling the cops during daytime hours and they will tell you that nothing can be done.

Most skateparks like that are only open certain hours during the day. If the park is fenced in (as is this one), the city will usually have someone come lock it up at night and open it in the morning. There don't appear to be any lights so night use is ruled out. Small skateparks like that aren't used every day, either. I doubt there is much noise coming from the park. Robert is just a mean old man who doesn't like to see kids having fun on their skateboards.

To all the people saying oh he's a rocker how's he complaining about the noise? He spent 30+ years around loud ass music and yelling people so he could retire peacefully. I'm sure 30 years of that almost every day gets annoying after a while. He was there before the skatepark was erected.
