Hayley’s voice is just flawless. So clear and concise, even when belting. But it’s not just her technique that makes her so perfect, it’s also the way she portrays emotion using her voice. Not every singer can do that. Oh Hayley 😍❤️
One of the greatest Paramore performances by Hayley - her singing is superb and on point. Also helps that she is, and continues to be, amazingly gorgeous to boot.
I'm a 33 years old male who exclusively listens to the most vile, disgustingly heavy Death Metal all day everyday. But I also fucking love Paramore. Hayley Williams has perhaps one of my favorite voices on planet earth. Total non-guilty pleasure. Totally not my genre at all, but she's the "only exception".
Ha, I am in the same boat. Huge fan of extreme metal but still love me some Paramore (and a bunch of other stuff that most metalheads would consider "weak").
i had no clue there was an acoustic version for this. this really sounds great, especially for an acoustic song. Love it I think that this group should do an acoustic album plus a live show as well.
There’s such a beauty in her voice. She’s such a dainty thing and she has that tone but her voice is still powerful and commanding. I think the appeal is where her two sides connect. She’s definitely one of my top favorite female vocalists.
I love everything about Paramore. I can't wait til they make a new album. My only thought is...can they pleeeeaaassseee release an acoustic album at some point in time. Lol. I mean I know all of their fans would LOVE that! I love the rock aspect, but I love it acoustically just as much. Please?!?!

When you're always taking sides?
But you won't take away my pride
[Pre-Chorus]
No, not this time
Not this time
[Chorus]
How did we get here?
Well, I used to know you so well
And how did we get here?
Well, I think I know
[Verse 2]
The truth is hiding in your eyes
And it's hanging on your tongue
Just boiling in my blood
But you think that I can't see
What kind of man that you are
If you're a man at all
Well, I will figure this one out
[Pre-Chorus]
On my own
(I'm screaming, "I love you so")
On my own
(But my thoughts you can't decode)
[Chorus]
How did we get here?
Well, I used to know you so well (Yeah-heh)
How did we get here?
Well, I think I know

Do you see what we've done?
We've gone and made such fools of ourselves
Do you see what we've done?
We've gone and made such fools of ourselves
[Break]
Yeah, yeah-eh-heh-eh
[Chorus]
How did we get here?
Well, I used to know you so well
Yeah-eh, yeah-heh-heh-eh
Well, how did we get here?
Why won't you show yourself?
[Post-Chorus]
I think I know
I think I know
[Outro]
Oh, there is something
I see in you
It might kill me
I want it to be true
She will always be my favourite female vocalist, there isn't anyone else like Hayley
Amy lee
Hayley’s voice is just flawless. So clear and concise, even when belting. But it’s not just her technique that makes her so perfect, it’s also the way she portrays emotion using her voice. Not every singer can do that. Oh Hayley 😍❤️
Simplicity at its best. SHE'S SO BEAUTIFUL.
Not guilty please whatsoever, she's amazing (metal fan here too hahah)
same here, jumping from 'to the hellfire' to 'all i wanted' :D
Im a kpop fan but a Paramore fan also. 😅
Also metal fan but these guys are fucking amazing
Can we appreciate the guitarists as well I mean paramore is freaking badass and one of my #1 singers
I'm a grown ass man...& that voice brings tears to my eyes. When I hear this song it makes me want to strive to be a better person.
Im convinced this is the best version of this song. The emotions invoked here can not compare to the studio version.
3:28 gives me chills every time. Hayley Williams is flat out amazing.
it's 2018 and I'll still be here after decades
End of 2018. Still here
2019 still here
2019 and here
2020 and here
2020 😭

i had no clue there was an acoustic version for this. this really sounds great, especially for an acoustic song. Love it
I think that this group should do an acoustic album plus a live show as well.
Still my favorite acoustic performance of hers.
Same
She needs to make some music again!
There’s such a beauty in her voice. She’s such a dainty thing and she has that tone but her voice is still powerful and commanding. I think the appeal is where her two sides connect. She’s definitely one of my top favorite female vocalists.
I never thought her voice is as crisp and. Clean as this this ...amazing ...
We don’t search for old songs,
we search for old memories.
Her tone, and her vibrato.... just... wow! She is so talented!
I love everything about Paramore. I can't wait til they make a new album. My only thought is...can they pleeeeaaassseee release an acoustic album at some point in time. Lol. I mean I know all of their fans would LOVE that! I love the rock aspect, but I love it acoustically just as much. Please?!?!
They have some acoustic versions as bonus tracks but it would be nice to release it on the regular album instead of just the bonus!
Yes. That's what I'm talking about.
