Wheb you mean "a part time job up to 20 hrs" , I assume this is undertood that the applicant does not need to have this job secured before applying right? I think it would be very difficult to even get a part time job before arriving to Germany.

You might not get a study visa in your case. You will most likely have to convert your visa to a job seeker visa. So no you wont be able to work as a werkstudent.

Well Germany always makes things complicated. You will at least get 2 points based on what you have said. German is not mandatory but only English will get you 1 point max

Hello there, honestly speaking the information that we have at the moment only focuses on the Degree and Relevant work experience. So based on the current info, you might not get the score. That said , we have to wait until further info is provided to be totally certain.
Unfortunately there isn't much clarification regarding this question, however some sources indicate that the opportunity card would be replacing the job Seeker visa. This would indicate that conversation between the two would not be possible, but this is only speculation.

Here is the official wording "Anyone with a foreign professional qualification can have it recognized in Germany - regardless of their nationality, current place of residence and residency status. This visa is to boost the work force in Germany, so I don't think you would be allowed to convert to a study visa for masters. Phd might be a different story

You either need an English Certificate or a German certificate to get points for language. If you don't show the certificates then you will not get any points for language

Generally a less than 12 month old document is required but the requirements details will be released by June so we can confirm then

You can always apply for full time jobs while being a student in German. This way you dont have to leave Germany and go to interviews in person.

You either need an English Certificate or a German certificate to get points for language. If you don't show the certificates then you will not get any points for language

I just have some questions:
1. What documents would be valid proof of work experience. Something like Certificate of Employment issued by the company sufficient?
2. What would be the average processing time of the visa? (Though we might get this info once it is out)
3. Is it advisable to book for an appointment in advance. Like would it be allowed to reserve an appointment with the embassy as soon as it's out? For ex June 1, 2024?

Then based on the points system you should be eligible to apply.

Yes but additional funds would be needed, for a child 50% additional salary/blocked amount would be needed.
How long does it take ? Like the visa process is simple or takes long time from Pakistan?
Again this type of visa will launch in May so I cannot exactly give you a time line for it.
