If you have a good professional experience. I would recommend chancenkarte. Also this is the shortest way to get PR in Germany. In student visa the PR will take time if you wait to finish your studies.

Nope. IELTS( for English) and Goethe( for german) are standards for language. Any other certificate would not be considered. I recommend you to go for IELTS as that would be mush easier and less cost then German language

I think you are mistaken about the extension of card after not being able to find a job. Its not extendable but you actually switch from job seeking to a full time job. And without a job its not extendable. Please clear this.

Yes. Presently, there is no option to book an appointment from Islamabad office's website. Option is available on Karachi embassy's website but I have not tried to register.

No you do not need the block account in this case. Your uncle needs to get the Verpflichtungserklärung certificate from Auslanderbehorde (Foreign office) and give it to you. Then you can submit it along with your application

BBA is recognized, My University is H+ , But BBA under my University is not recognized, what to do now?

If qualification is M.Phil (CS) and IELTS is not, then it is eligible for opportunity card.
