Nope. IELTS( for English) and Goethe( for german) are standards for language. Any other certificate would not be considered. I recommend you to go for IELTS as that would be mush easier and less cost then German language
What if my university and degree both are recognized in Germany but my university isn't in the awarding institution list of that degree or the degree isn't in the recognition degrees list of my university? Does it still recognized or i need another recognition?

its a point based system , so if you have a foriegn degree or recognised degree , you have 6+ points and not need to show language .
Likin check list mein language B1 CERTIFICATE provide karna hai. Points are only to calculate your eligibility.
