It would be helpful to explain how this can be scaled, for those of us that cannot sit up straight in the beginning position. I have recently attempted to integrate the shin box, and my inner knee is now so inflamed i can barely walk. Tight hips will not loosen quickly if tight, and all stress goes to weakest link in chain - THE KNEE!!!!
