I hope you'll give it a try Lynda. I did one a while ago which I called graffiti style, but I used much 'prettier' colours. This is much more grungy and I love it :) xx

This is a great out of the box page. I think it would be a great way to get young people involved. no rules and just fun with colors!
I enjoyed this process a lot, and you're right, this would be a great way to get kids involved. As you say, so rules, just go for it!

A different direction for sure! It looks like it could be graffiti on a building minus the texture of brick or shingles. Love all the variety of color, as well as tone, and matte to shine. Well done.

Can you call grunge beautiful? The colors are so vibrant. Additionally, the repetitive small parallel lines give the eye a path to follow around the page. Great movement! Striking!

I actually really like graffiti art and have admired it since I was a kid. I used to wonder how they made their art so big & when did they do it & how did they do it. I'd always hear my parents & grandparents complain about it but I always loved to look at it.

I have to admit I was a bit stymied at first when you said grunge/graffiti for the prompt because I have no idea what to do but I love how yours came out. The colors are gorgeous and that pop of deep blue is gorgeous.
When you're showing your mop up papers at the end that magenta blob looks like a Scottie dog with his head out a car window! : )

Graffiti/Grunge???? Well I haven't got a clue where to start , I'll have a look on Pinterest for some inspiration if I can't find anything I'll just have to copy you lol. Great page by the way , loving the bright colours. The nail brush idea is great I have to steal that. Tfs Marina :))
Just go for it Marina. Its the randomness of the paint and addition of the black and white at the end that gives this the grunge factor. The kids school stencils that I used are a £1 for 5 sizes at Poundstretcher/Poundland and are perfect for this. I look forward to seeing what you come up with :) xx
You know Nina, I do not own a brayer and I always wanted to get that effect you get from a brayer and your card swiping technique is just a brilliant idea for getting the same effect. TFS :)
