I think Jim could ave dealt with the Kevin Cassidy issue differently. I dont know the ins and outs of wot really happened in this matter,yes managers ave a code of rules,bot life is not just black and white.I was taken aback by Jims actions in this matter.Thats only my opinion,it goes deeper i believe,another point i would make is that Kevins playing colleagues didnt challenge Jims decision on this matter.In life we all make mistakes,bot u dont close the book on a individual for makin a wrong call.Yes makin an example of a individual for doin so is not the correct direction to go.Is aving CONTROL over human beings that important to a individual,surely not.I dont judge people on wot medals they mite ave,however alot of people do.Ex Co.Down player.
