Really love these in detail explanations about the working of the shocks. Love when stuff is getting nerd out! Great work guys!
Thanks Brent!
so under rated.. youtube needs to fix the algo..
Super informative!! Just purchased a set of these CS 2-ways for my E92 M3 track build. Keep crushing the videos🤙🏼
Every yo-yo on the internet chat boards who talk about "coil overs" NEED to watch (and re-watch) the first 10 min of this video. Very well done - read: CORRECT - info here. Such a breath of fresh air.
Stoked you liked the explanations!
Great content guys!!!!
Thank you!!
kw is lovely. i got the ddc for mine and a variant3 for the yarisTSk. keep up the great work, always good to hear from you !
Awesome! Thanks for watching!
Nice video highlighting alternate suspensions, beyond the typical lowering springs. The science & math background is much appreciated; rather than the cool looking factor.
Would’ve liked to see the conclusion with the squared wheel setup. Kind of a teaser to see if they’d fit... then left me hanging
Glad you liked it! In my opinion, form always follows function. Don't worry, the wheels will be shown in an episode soon. Consider subscribing if you want to follow along!
You're totally right, we will get some footage of that on the next one. For now, follow is on IG @pinkribbonracing to get a peek! Thank you!
You need a strut spreader tool to remove the front struts. I got one on Amazon for about $9. Also heard of guys putting a 3/8 drive in there and twisting it 45 degrees.
We did that for the second Supra we worked on. Thank you!
What was the setings for the rear spring perch? You mentioned what you guys settled with on the front. I could use a good starting point. Great video!
learn about how not to blow out our speakers with music intermezzos, it is not a 9gag clip but great infos, thanks!
Looking to get some KWs for the Supra trying to decide between the V3s and Clubsports I like the ability to adjust camber with the Clubsports but worry they would be too stiff for the street. Thanks for the great content!
The stiffness really depends on the spring rates, you could have clubsports that are more comfortable than V3s for street use. All depends on how it's set up.
Thanks Nik! Ill give KW a call to see if its possible to custom order a set with a more street friendly spring rate. This along with the EDC cancellation kit sounds like the perfect set up for me. Thanks for looking out. Your the man!
@@overclock321 You're welcome! FWIW, I thought the standard rates were great on the street, but everyone has different preferences.
Did the fronts shock and spring come with a bronze collar at the bottom?
what size tires are you running?
I thought the spring itself is the shock and the hydrolick is the damper!!!
voice volume to music volume ratio is too damn high 🤣super informative none the less! keep it up! what time attack series will you be participating in?
GTA, and possibly some Grid Life!
@@NikRomanoRacing gridlife coming to the west coast soon?
No idea. That would certainly be nice!
Sorry for the audio ratios lol! We'll get that fix for the next video!
Are these the kw clubsport kit 2way or the 3 way? Also do they come with the edc cancel kit?
2 way, with EDC included.
music is way too loud. Have to turn it down when it plays, can't hear you then when it stops.
Thanks for the feedback, we'll make a note of that for the next video. Other than that, how was the suspension info? Thanks
