- i hosted my first dinner party @ mine! i dont cook often but i love cooking for friends :~)

sydney rock oysters, shallot mignonette
kingfish & salmon, green chilli nahm jim, grapefruit
buratta, spinach, peanut chilli
tomato, figs, prosciutto, wild rose vinaigrette
mains:
a5 wagyu scotch fillet
charred cabbage, mushroom garum
dessert:
blood orange & feijoa snow egg
