Battery backup has taken a hit, my 11i is now consuming 4% to 8% more battery depending on the tasks. There are no ads and ui is a lot smoother than before, yt bug has been optimised a lot and lastly the phone is also producing less heat

For the first three apps inside the folder u don't need to open the folder to select apps. U can directly select it. Rest of the apps icons are needs opening the folder first. I mean, if u touch the forth icon it opens folder. Reduces time. U can open frequently used apps fastly by putting them in first three orders inside that folder
They have very agressive ram management currently, if you switch to another app or leave something in background and open it after sometime it is gone.Fixing this should be top priority.
ColorOS13 also had enlarged folder option when they rolled it out initially but later removed it in the next update and i really miss it. It was very helpful.

I liked the vedio just a suggestion if the vedio is collaborated with Xiaomi,as you have mentioned in the description ,you should specify it in the vedio as well
Received miui 14 today. Still doesn't have the newer widgets or the themeing options 1.5 years after android 12. Not even sure if it received Standalone 5g update yet or not for Jio, will test tomorrow. Also one weird bug / design choice - there is a comically large gap between the bottom dock & the bottom most row of apps on home page.
Received the MiUI 14 Android 13 update for Mi 11x today, it's smooth and fast, the performance is great, I find MiUI in general lacks a lot of features which should be standard the first being the Monet engine. The lacklustre wallpaper set of miui 14 is also kinda disappointing. I believe the battery life is a bit better, but I don't see any significant increase in storage space, the RAM expansion now can be done till 5GB which is welcome, however the ram managment is still bad in comparison to Apples and Samsungs of the world. All in all an interative update at best, that just makes existing things a tiny bit better but doesn't bring changes that has been requested since long time ago.
How come new wallpapers are new features. Don't you think we can download the wallpaper. The definition of feature is something unique comes with UI that you can't do with your current UI
I was curious if MIUI 14 would feature a better camera app but it seems they still keep the app underperforming producing inferior images on Redmi Note 10 Pro compared to Google GCAM.
I got a notification for the miui update on poco f4 today morning but I didn't download it then because I was on mobile data. Now in the system update section , it's telling me that no update is available... Now I might have to wait again until Xiaomi starts rolling stable updates

I was a fan of MIUI, but lately i dont consider myself anymore. i got miui14 on POCOX3pro on 27th night(no manual instalation, through system updater), dev knows how? walpapers can be downloaded from anywhere, (although those 6 are just 1 with 6color changes) widgets are not available for Indian users(on stable roms). The enlarged folder isn't available / maybe it's not possible on the poco launcher. galary and video features could be implemented by just pushing an app update(although they have pushed an extra app called "galary editor"). although they cut down the size of miui but they transferred those into system storage(which u cant access/delete). right now can't say anything about RAM management, but now anyone can extend ram upto 5GB (previously it was only upto 2 GB). And yes there are ads lurking around (u can disable it)...

And most of the features claimed as new in this video are already available on MIUI 13 on my MI 11X.

Yeah my f62 does have sensors off option and i use it when on call with my girl (she is sleeping) & i wanna play game (it disables proximity sensor)
