Excellent doctor sir... training the less educated staff...best way to fix rise tube and check with stethoscope...❤... maintain oxygen and fits seizures..with anti epileptic.....proper dosage....with best doctor patient life saved in icu and you can shift to required wards.and follow up... closely
Sir, i want to correct you, first you didn't maintain sterility of ryles tubes, it is manufactured in a sterile packet for a reason, you opened the packet and let the tube touch here and there and millions of bacteria are now entering in pt. And specially hospital bacterias, who know what resistance they are having. And secondly xylocaine gel is used for anesthesia, lubrication is a secondary things. Just bcoz pt is unconscious does not mean you can put it in such high speed.
