@@mr__coyote3061What also can happen, this happened to me, if you play on multiple saves and lets say you got that kit but then you reloaded previous save and overwrote other one, the game will register like you got it even though you don't have it any more because you reloaded previous save but the game will think you have it. That happened to me in my 1st playthrough i was missing just one thing, same as you, I think it was decal kit, then I got it but I fucked up a junction and I reloaded previous save and I never saw that kit again lol..
@@UGC_MateM8 I suspect it's a part of the random modifiers - like having a different shape for your side mirror (i think) or random junction maps or the vibe of your quirks, so you can have a more unique playthrough every time, instead of relying on the same thing every time. I'll test it when I stop forgetting to get the decovend. 😃
@@mr__coyote3061 Now that you mentioned decovend, what happened to me is that it just stopped giving me decals at some point and all I got after was paints and tools even though I was missing 1-2 decals. So idk if that is programmed or it's a bug but in the end I managed to get everything in the 2nd playthrough so all good in the end :)

@@UGC_MateM8 I started a new playthrough, and 7 hours in i got 2 camo kits in a row. But yeah, no luck on my main save for now.
