There is a huge misconception among a large percentage of football Enthusiasts. It's not that barca doesn't 'have' money. The problem is barca is capped and can't 'spend' money at will.

@@ThabBodyJab the roof will have to be compatible for a 360 screen. From the changes in the renders from when the project was finalised till now, the roof looks different, may be because of cost cutting. 360 screens are heavy, the roof must be strong enough to hold one.

@@Hasssio There will be 360° screens in the 2nd and 3rd tier, I think. Im not sure tho. The latest renders only show 3 big screens in the roof.
