The new site like Earl’s court is easier and cheaper from a brown site. Also the main issue is ego and prominence in the world of football. So at least bigger than Spurs and Arsenal in London is important because the tag best thing in London etc would truly be that at 70k! Even our directors might be thinking bigger than that! Stamford Bridge is far too complicated to rebuild and we take at least 5 years away from SB at another stadium and it will destroy our ability to continue the progress with the players.
