Don't give up, it's important that you keep practicing at least a little bit every day while you're at the early stages of your training. If you find some of these exercises too hard, feel free to slow them down to 0.75x speed and then slowly progress. Consecutive is the hardest interpreting mode in my opinion, it takes time to develop a solid foundation to be able to do it successfully.
You can slow down the speed to 0.75x or try easier exercises (there are many other on this channel). Practice is everything! It does that a while to develop an efficient note-taking system, so it's okay to start slow. :)
