I still remember the time I first fell in love: it’s a growing warmth. You start picturing the things you’d wanna do with that crush (hang out, hold hands, kiss, hug). That person almost always on your mind.
Wish I could feel that again and have someone to ease that loneliness.
Then look for friends, talk to new people, socialize in some way.
That there is something I can never experience. Im incapable to form deep connections with others. The worse part is that I do have strong Empathy, so it just hurts to know I’ll never have that.
@@oliverdk7594 That isn't true, you just haven't currently met anyone who you've been able to have that connection with.
Keep pushing, I know it's hard but that is something all of us go through. It took me time before I was able to climb out of that depression and went on to form strong connections with others, don't lose hope.

@@avengerboy2171 Not seeing that happening when im an Aromantic, its a matter of fact, I already faced reality and accepted that. Having friends is the closest I can get to Love or a deep connection. Just not deep enough to call it a relationship, ever. It’s a sad truth but again I don’t know if I would call it that, dont feel like im missing out alot and besides, Its not that bad.
For me, the biggest sign was that i want her to be happy. If she's happy, I'm happy. Empathy, an emotional connection was "my" key. The girl lost interest in me, and we seperated. It hurt a lot, but when I saw her with another man happy, I felt surprisingly grateful that she is in good hands. As long as she's happy, I am too. Love should be selfless, but it's rare.

When she walks in every time our circle of friends get together I'm one of the first she greets. And it just gets me every time. Just hearing her when we talk and crack jokes feels that much better. I went through all but one of these a few months ago. She ended up blocking me and having a girlfriend without telling me, and that wasn’t fun to go through. But eh, life happens. It definitely hurt (and still kinda does), but there’s really nothing I can do about it. All I can say is that I wish she was honest from the start.

Talked to someone for the first time and I feel 100% safe and comfortable around him and we sing, laugh, smile and joke together.
