      Of course he does..he's a globalist! What do you think Bloomberg News is?..it's Zionist owned. If they can't control the oil they overthrow gov'ts.
      Right now they are stealing Syrian oil and trucking to to Israel.

      @@elaine1034 did you miss the part where Alberta's tar sands oil is as clean to produce as any other conventional oil produced in the world? I was referring to net carbon emissions when I made my comment, also the reason investments in Canadian economy and industry has diminished since the liberal government has been in power. Tree hugging snowflakes conveniently omit that in their rants.

      @@elaine1034 interesting that i can't reply to your last message. Any ways I know about the price and resale. Just one more reason Canada needs to build pipelines to coastal waters. As for who owns what, if Canada sales control of resources that short term gain for long term lose. Just look at the power deal Quebec has with Newfoundland as an example.

    • @elaine1034
      @elaine1034 4 года назад +1

      Is this the reply? That happened to me too with a comment. Look at the power Quebec sells to the USA. I remember the blackout of 1965 where N.Y., N.J, Mass. N.H was in the dark for 12-13 hours. I was working in a jewelry store in N. Ont. and the lights went out there too. Then they blamed it on Canada..come to find out was their fault. The USA is the world's biggest energy hog! Their army alone would be kaput without oil. One rocket into space burns as much fuel as all American cars do in one year! Rio the city alone, has 80 million cars on the road. Oil isn't going away anytime soon. It's all about "Qui Bono".

    Everyone who is against Canadian oil and pipelines should be sent to the Middle East where they are ok with using their oil.

    • @PlayMyMusicPlaylist
      @PlayMyMusicPlaylist 4 года назад +2

      Thats the thing middle east like Qatar also harvest the carbon for agriculture. Canadian oil industry gotta make zero waste plant and put sensors in every block to show how they can keep it clean.
      Pipe spillage happens all the time, the problem is lazy maintenance and choose to do coverup rather than solving it. They should do world best practice and continues improvement every year.

      To quote Bob Dylan: "The Times They are a Changin'" Its coming because with inflation eating one out of house and home, one of the easiest means of saving money is energy. A friend of mine isn't an environmentalist. But he has been making a huge killing on his energy bill by adding solar panels and even wind turbines to his house. His costs have dropped by nearly 80%. While I slave away at fossil fuel paying through the nose to heat my home, sunlight and wind have him busy saving money to put towards other things. He isn't alone. This summer I've seen numerous properties around my area also reconfiguring their bills with wind and solar power. I've seen a small town's electric car population explode and if its happening here its happening elsewhere. The end is coming for some things Don't you worry the Middle East will feel the pressure too.
      PS: Here is the problem I have with Canadian oil and pipelines. Canada has a secure source of crude oil. So why are we sending it elsewhere to be turned into a finished product for market. Why hasn't Alberta been busy turning Edmonton and Calgary and Red Deer and where ever else in the province into manufacturing hubs for the raw oil product. Why send it away when we can produce a finished product. In that way Canadians in Alberta and in the rest of the country would get a savings at the pump like people in the Middle East do from the selling of final products. Then pipelines end up benefitting the country rather than Alberta or the US or China or whoever else is manufacturing it into a final product. Just a thought from the devil's aisle of things.

    I like renewable energy but abandoning the old way doesn't make sense. The demand for energy will grow. Carbon tax and subsidies just wasteful. Let the old and the new battle it out based who make the cheapest including maintenance cost win. If government wants to intervene, go search white collar crime money laundering or handle that HYPERINFLATION in Real estate. So many loophole in that industry abused by agents and foreign buyers. Capped the number of agents, ban wholesaler (unlicense middle man), increase that free capital gain tax period, capped max amount of ownership, federal vacancy tax, unbalance population distribution, etc.

      I agree 100%. I am all for exploring alternative energy sources as well as conservation. That said, the narrative from the environmental activists of today is completely ludicrous. Oil & gas does more than heat our homes (a lifesaving necessity in our northern climate) and fuel our transportation. In Canada as well as the world, it has enabled us to grow and distribute more than enough food to feed the globe's 7.7 billion people.

      Yes. All societal needs are met through voluntary association. Force is not required. Roads, hospitals, fire stations, schools etc. All of those existed before tax theft came along. Much more effective and waaaaay cheaper.
