    With the price of beef these days, I only buy the tougher cuts. Your cooking sequence makes it very tender every time!
    Try using the cilantro stems finely chopped during the simmer and just use leaves at the end. Robust burst of flavor.
    I also add a quarter cup of plain yogurt after the simmer.
    This has been my go to beef recipe. Thank you!

    With pressure cookers I never worry about meat turning tough, I only have to find new exciting flavour recipes 😛

    I really don’t know how much ground spices to use for the amount of meat I have which is usually 2 lbs of stewing beef. Is there a set ratio or personal preference. Your curry looks amazing ❤️

      If using a curry powder mix 4 teaspoons would be great. Happy new year
