The studio is just a hotel room; not even room for a sofa to relax in. The garage exit is like the deck of an aircraft carrier 😂 the restaurants in that area are all high priced. The 1br is a closet size 😂
As i always say depends on what everyone is looking for in size, location,Price,Amenities,etc just comes down to preference of course all this gives all of you a Guide into Asia simple as that Jason & Manu doing a great job just open your eyes have a look around then seek and look for yourself once in Asia.Whale Marina is still the best as of yet.
That's nice room but that's not cheap for 12 months agreement...in the winner in pratunnak you pay 12 k for a 2 bedroom with a lounge..!!...you can get rental there per night for 8 dollars if you stay for 1 month .and leave a month's deposit.....cost beach is nice place to be tho for sure mate.👍...heaven gents club around the corner...not a bad spot ..

Do you have any older Condos but 40 meter in size and larger ?? I have viewed some during covid that were quite large spacious older but in good shape had a nice lap size swimming pool and workout gym... These newer but sardine sized boxes just seem too small for retaining good mental health...

@@PloyandJayinThailand Apartments & condos are pretty much the same. There are Several in Na Jomtien. Just look around. Get with an agent too and just let them know what you're looking for.
Not being derogatory to anyone....but I know different...it's not bad tho..if you don't know....my advice rent a room for a week make your mind up to shop around...it's a lot cheaper than this

I am paying 12,000 baht for a proper 1 bedroom condo unit in a high-rise building, on a high floor with infinity pool, proper FULLY equipped gym, separate kitchen and a lovely unobstructed view! And that Asian kid is annoying, as your Aussie accent is annoying as well

On the first room your door right next to the lift is not always a positive as indicated. You get a lot more noise etc. Please mention the negatives as well as the positives of these condos otherwise it comes across as just a real estate advert.

Both of those places are like SMALL hotel rooms! For just 4-5k more baht you can get a decent place...40+ sqm & much closer to the beach!
