For anyone who is still wondering about this. When nx updated the patch , an error occured which made most summon type skills are similar to frozen orb of arch mage I/L and Wing Beat of Kaiser did all the number of attack in 2 to 3 seccond. Such as myself, a kaiser , my wing beat is bugged and every flaming tornados i summoned did 40 hits in 2 seccond just like frozen orb, fortunately for phantom that they can steal the frozen orb and used it upon every attacks they did, a card will fly into the monster so it's double hits for Phantoms , and sadly for arch mage I/L that they can only do the frozen orb with the lower chance of success of the ice drop from the icy meteor skill ( sorry , i don't quite remember the name of that skill lol ). And for kaiser it was the best time for hunting bosses, because of the wing beat, it has no cooldown time so we can summon like 1 or 2 more tornados to attack rapidly .
Otaku doge After using final cut , he switched to frozen orb right away, and there is a cooldown 30 sec so you might notice that the buff's duration is down by half when he summons the frozen orb.
Evan Stuart NX shuold have been fixed i think ? Do you remember Phantom when it first released ? If you switch to any skills , the buff will disapear . And you don't need to try out the frozen orb anymore , it's fixed long ago , among with the other skill like wing beat or bat swan lol.

Lol I remember abusing the hell out of this. I have 400-500k range at the time and was able to get pretty far in bossing
Final cuts buff lasts 120 seconds. Skill switch for phantom lasts 60 seconds. Do the math.
It cancels the previous buff when you witch to another skill though.
Shane Winter Final cut is a skill that has the buff as a side effect so he keeps the buff even after switching skills.
