I am a retired BSNL employee aged 77. I am just an under graduate. I dealt with a lot of disciplinary cases and allied issues, and even after my retirement, I still read lots of case laws pertaining to service matters including disciplinary procedures. Your video enthused me to improve my knowledge further, and to refine my drafting. In fact, I saved this video for refreshing purpose. Thank you very much Sir.

Majority of your videos are in Hindi. I understand your time constraints. If you could make videos in English, it will be useful to non hindi speaking learners. Also if you could translate the previous videos in English (I believe there is a translation option in RUclips) it will be beneficial to many young advocates.
