No to be honest but it doesn't mater, the more you do the better results, and also you don't have to do each one, do the ones you are capable to, and when you find one that is too hard just let yourself a break as there are clearly none

5월 16일 포기안하고 돌아왔음 헌혈했는데 할때부터 평소보다 너무 아프고 그랬더니 팔을 들때마다 아파서 무리해서 운동하면 안되겠다는 생각이 들어 쉬었음 오늘부터 다시 시작하겠음!!!!
