With the savings maybe he'll be able to build something even more powerful or get some nicer peripheral to go with it. Saving enough money 2 equal they cost of graphics card definitely opens up a good about a budget for a really nice screen that you might not have been able to get on a budget. I would have loved to I've been that lucky when I was a kid LOL

I work for Geek Squad at a Best Buy. It's funny going back to watch this and seeing you say we need more cases over and over. And late last year and early this year at my location I've noticed at least 3 or 4 different case options. I can say confidently that this video is a perfect representation of builds from Best Buy. The selection is slim in store, the online attempts to make up for it, but takes away from getting it all done in one location. Thanks for the awesome content!

I built mine with parts from Best Buy. Got a strix B550-F, 32GB Corsair Vengeance 3200, Corsair H150i Elite Capellix, 256GB 980 Pro, 1TB 970 Evo plus. They had a few cases in stock as well. Saved around 50 bucks vs Amazon and Newegg. GPU is waiting my turn from EVGA, running a 1080 FTW2 in the meantime

Well I can say that this past month, my local best buy has started stocking cases in the store so you can actually buy the entire PC in store now as a one stop shop. Considering they are literally the only brick and mortar location for many many hours, I can say it was about time. They have a limited selection but they essentially have 3 cases but a black and white version of each. And they are all tempered glass and very nice cases and they are not even marked up at all from standard online prices.
Let me explain something to you, as a father and seeing you do this WE LOVE YOU. I watch your videos with my son. And that was an amazing thing to do for that young man.
That moment where he buys the card for the little dude made my day you’re the man.

If I was him, I would have though in that second that he was gonna pay the difference. I mean, I don't think he even expected getting it for free. The way the conversation was going it gave me that impression. So I think he went from very happy to even more happy in a few seconds haha.
It's possible they paid the difference for him too. I assume they outright bought it but either way it was a wonderful thing to do for someone simply recognizing them and saying hello.
