This Asrock H410M-HDV doesn't have a Profile option. It's just got some real complicated Advanced settings where you have to set everything manually:
Primary Timing which includes CL, tRCDtRP, tRAS & CR, then
Secondary Timing which has 9(!) settings incl. rWR, tRFC, tRRD_L, _S, tWTR_L, _S, tRTP, tFAW & tCWL and then
    Third Timing: 2 settings and
    Turn Around Timing: 17(!!) settings
Round Trip Timing Optimisation: 11 settings
ODT Setting: 6 settings and if that wasn't enough:
    Advanced Setting: 7 more settings!!!
I've set the Primary using the info from the Memory Info section, but I have no idea if all the others could be optimised or not or whether leaving them on defaults will result in any instability under certain conditions. The machine is someone else's so I don't have the luxury of extended tweaking and testing. Just trying to get it to use XMP Profile 1 for 2666MHz instead of the default 2400MHz.
