Nice video, easy to understand. However I have a weird problem, an app called Cartoona Photo disappears and even my emails to them disappeared.... I bought my iPhone in Switzerland and bought the App (with an American credit card), used the App a few times, now went back to see it and it disappeared, a sign showed up in the App Store that it does not support my location for this app., or to that effect??? is that possible?? P.S. I did cancel this app (it was on auto-renewal), and it said I cancel but a can still use the app until my original expiration date which is Nov., 2021..... What's happening....how can all reference to them be deleted in my emails?

So it's in my settings but don't know how to bring it back to my phone screen.I tried to download the app again, but on app store i always get the app shows "OPEN" How can I bring it back to my screen?
