I think I will consider crystal. Lots of great selling points. Thanks so much for these great videos. I feel like I can make informed choices about my move.
I grew up in Crystal. Alot of affordable houses in the area. The only downside is that you'll need a car because there really isn't much there. But it's only 10 minutes away from everything.
I am moving to Minnesota I worked there for 6months and loved it there. I was in Bloomington. What I love is that they are paying way better than other cities. The health care industry is booming and I'm going to take full advantage of all of it! Keep the videos coming.
@@movingtominnesota I work in task force for Carver Hospitality Group. And I do have a degree in Nursing. I want to make the move by October. And I'm looking to rent a house or a nice 3bedroom nothing over 2,500 a month.
@@tashajames9547 cool. Where do you live now? $2500 is a big budget for rent. You can pretty easily buy a house in a really nice area here for that much. Shoot me an email at Brandonarchie@kw.com would love to talk to you a little bit about that!
@@tashajames9547 ha! Wait until you see your first pay check. Minnesnowda is within the top 5 highest State income tax in the country. In addition to Income tax. We made the calculations and had we not lived there for 20 years we could have bought a $350,000 home in cash had we not have been forced to pay Minnesnowda state income taxes. Plus the weather was horrible and nothing to do there beside go to mom and pop pizza places and drink at bars.
Hey! There arent really going to be many potential homes in the Twin Cities area. You would have to travel a little bit out of the city for that price range. Shoot e an email at Brandonarchie@kw.com and I can see if I can help you!

hello. I would love to see this area in the summer.
These three digit temps in the south are getting old, but I don't know if I can exchange it for the single digits of Minnesota just yet
When you're hot...You can only get naked....when you're cold....you can put more clothes on 🤷🏽
Thank you. I need to learn to drive
