If they had shot their default 36%. They would have dropped twelve 3pointer instead of 16. Remove 12 points from their final score. Also, missing a few shots would demoralize them. That's about 8 points. So, on a normal day, they would have lost by 20 points. Unfortunately, they still lost even on their special day.
