It’s crazy how much reverb popped up after you cleared the stuff from the room. Great build good job and thanks, definitely love your design this is the one I picked. Love it cheers
If you were really spetsnaz you wouldn't ask for dimensions. You'd go in from a chopper, down the rope, abseil slingshot through the window, nick the plans and exfil via the upstairs bathroom window. Bish, bash, bosh. In and out, no mess, in under 4 hours.
Great, but easy with the lighting. You almost looking like cocoon the movie. Loved the video and detailed instructions👍🏽 Very helpful cuz im looking to make something like the first unit you did.
Mike-- Built my desk inspired by your videos, including the cardboard models. I added some monitor platforms above the racks, widened the center section-- and worked in inches, which was not fun. You nailed this tutorial, especially managing the ergonomic angles-- thank you so much!
Ever consider designing one with a PC build into it? Like placing a glass or plexiglass top and the components inside it with a rig for the Motherboard and GPU under the glass for easy access removal and upgrade?
Long bearers made of MDF? Good luck with that - probably best to cut them off and bolt on some solid wood lengths instead. You could have spent less on MDF and avoided a lot of cutting and dust.
Hello Mike. This Build i awesome! At the moment i use a great massive Office Desk with 2x 4HE DIY Desktopracks. Thats great but for my new Studio i want more comfort and a Rackmixer in it and this is the perfekt Projekt! Thanks a lot!
Nice video. Thanks for sharing. Just a word of caution. MDF material is made with formaldehyde, which has been proven to cause cancer. Wearing breathing respirator or some sort of protective gear is highly recommended, when cutting, sanding, etc. once painted.. it’s ok.
BlakeCasimir Thank Blake... yes, I’ll be doing more on the studio build itself and then when it’s done more music related content, jams, mixes, reviews, etc.
Could you not cut identical angles on the top wood, kinda work it backwards from what you were saying. Build the top with the dimensions you want for the units, then build the two legs to the size allotted by the cut you made before. I think there’s a lot less science and it can be made a lot less difficult. But overall I loved the video and it’s a great tutorial.
I see you have a vacuum atratchment for the circular saw you were using. Even with that MDF is nasty to breath in. Please use a respirator mask even if for the sake of demonstration.
No way under $500. I have a whole workshop and personally own that very makita track saw. The tool alone is $500+, even if you managed to rent these tools nobody is going to give you over $1000 of tools without a upfront deposit of $250+, plus stack the cost of mats and hardware, paint and consumables....the total will be over $500 guaranteed. Maybe different outside of the States, but even then, I think you're not being completely honest
I did mine under and paid to have the wood cnc’d bc I didn’t feel like doing the cuts. Wood was $160 with plenty to spare 2 sheets of 97x49 and 1 sheet of birch for the beauty panels that was stained I went over 500 when I intergraded led lights and a usbc hub but that was a personal touch, without I was under $500, could been under $300 if I didn’t pay for cnc cuts
No untrained person should use any of those power saws, in the wrong hands they are bloody lethal and the number of fatalities even with professionals is staggering
These videos would fit well in a playlist.... any drawn designs?
Mike, do you the dimensions or plans you ca share?
hey mike, do you possibly have the plans for this desk? would be greatly appreciated, nice content!
Dude please upload these plans. I was about to buy a Zaor Onda until I saw your video. I would gladly pay for them.

Can you share your plans for the desk including dimensions of each piece? Thanks

Looks like an early reflections nightmare!
Cool design and great job still!
did you happen to have a parts list or cut list
The DJ photos on the t-shirt your wearing are of me and my mate

Thank you for this great video. Where did you get the large wood board that you used for the desks sides?
Great, simple but useful design. Thanks for sharing. This might be my next project.
Good job
I can recommend the Wave Nature Master's Place, price starts at 899 Euros
Nice video. Thanks for sharing.

Tank you man. I bild it like you say, and it work butiful. Thank you very mach.
This isn’t based on the Argosy Halo by any chance ? Next video after this was Pete Thorn and his new $2000 Argosy desk ... very similar shape.
Great video and series, Mike. I hope we might be seeing other musical content on your channel?
BlakeCasimir Thank Blake... yes, I’ll be doing more on the studio build itself and then when it’s done more music related content, jams, mixes, reviews, etc.
So the 500 dollar desk and the amazing tools to construct the desk would cost me how much?
Very nice & and nice vinyl collection too 😊👌🏽
do you have the plans for this dude?

Thanks, great video, exactly what I was hoping to find, thanks again!
Aewsome design!
Nice one! Thanks for sharing. Hoping to build something similar very soon 😀

I feel like you don't need those inner feet. Just the vertical leg
Great video, thanks for sharing!
Hey, thank you for making this videos. I have recreated the desk and it is awesome!
Thank you very much!
Love the design! where did you get the wood for the desktop?
That's a great question, I"m wondering the same.
Podrías poner un plano con todas las medidas exactas?
Gracias,
Un saludo.
veo q hablas español! pudiste conseguir las medidas??? estoy pensando en construir uno por mi mismo
Thanks for this! Could it accommodate a pull out keyboard tray?
I'm wondering the same
if you can make it work!
where do you put you studio monitors?
I have them on stands behind the desk, gives flexibility on distance from the middle for left and right placement
You're the best! Thank you!
Do You Have The Dimensions ?
Not listed separately but everything is in the video. at 10:25 on the first video the dimensions of the side panels are shown.
Please use safety EyeWear....
Your awesome!!
Dope as fuk. Thank you
Wear some safety glasses as poop happens every now and then when you least expect it. Take care of those peepers!
Your drummer still couldn't do it. Keep the bass player away, he'd find away to win a Darwin Award while building it.

Depends if you have friends or family who can share their tools

Eeh, right😏
@@keysbythenumbers Each year, 250,000 people are injured, and 70 people die in DIY-related just in the UK alone

Really? DIY related could mean they fall off a ladder. Bit of scare mongering there I feel.
Upload the fucking templates the next time
This is the best desk designed !!!
