Random fears, panic attacks, random tears, deep sorrow, great confusion, etc. Even future hopes and dreams are irritating. Periodically, peace is clear again and all is well until the next thing. All quite bearable because I am that through which these states pass through. Even Rupert Spira mentions that it can happen so gradually that one may not even notice until much later.
Also that may be part of it and actually it might have been there for a long time but now you are conscious of it, sometimes it's becoming aware of one's own environment and what effect it has been having on us but only now being strong enough to see what's happening and how it's hurting us
