Jon Anderson and the Contemporary Youth Orchestra (Liza Grossman, director) perform my arrangement of the Yes classic Starship Trooper at Severance Hall, Cleveland, on May 24, 2010.

i hope those kids realize how privileged they were to have performed with Jon. and kudos to him for his continuing dedication to the love of music and spreading it to new generations. truly inspirational!

This translated to the kids in that orchestra much better than any stale 17th, 18th or 19th century European ''masterwork'' ever could. I think Jon, of all people, gets that it's about the spirit and this was for the kids, not an ego trip or money or any kind of obligation. He just enjoys that people get to enjoy what he found (and finds) enjoyment in. Props to you, Peter, for arranging this, which had to be quite an involved process. Very well done!
