Watched your live stream, really enjoy the amount of detail you go into helps a lot, I saw you use a macbook and mac studio. I have a question related to that if you dont mind answering. What is your experience with macbook vs the mac studio. Do you notice any difference in throttling when using them with your drawing or animation software? I am a cel animator in clip studio paint, but also do After effects work and I am looking to buy a macbook 14 inch or a mac studio, I am done with windows and windows ink, every update with windows causes my drawing experience to have some issue. Would be really appreciated if you have any comments on those software using a macbook and/or mac studio. I think clips studio is kind of straight forward but After effects is more of the sticking point for me, i want the 14 inch for ease of portability and prefer it but I also dont want to spend unnecessary money if the macbook 14 inch is just awful at handling projects. Rendering isnt too much of an issue, its more the experience while animating that im concerned about.
I have XP-Pen Artist 19 Pro Gen 2, When I used it with Windows 11, I get diagonal wobble in Krita, not in Affinity Designer or Medibang (not visible). When I switch to Krita on Linux, the diagonal wobble disappears. Well, Krita made by KDE team so it makes sense since KDE mostly developer of apps for Linux.
Hi, sorry for a random question here in the comments. Can you recommend a rack/stand solution for storing two large tablets? I have a Huion Giano and an Intuos Pro Large, and currently I put them away on top of each other with a bubble foil in between, but it's cumbersome if I want to get the one at the bottom. I was hoping to store them vertically somehow, but don't want to scratch them. Thank you!
I hope the line quality is not an issue with macOS. Otherwise, performance would be slightly different between Operating Systems. Wintab api(windows) vs Apple's pen input api? With these tablets, sometimes line quality is better on one OS compared to the other.
