There are many leadership models can you give the reference to the one Mr. Sahil Adeem is referring to. I searched it on the internet but did not find this model. Although I found others that I am already familiar with.

No. There is no concept of "friendship" between opposite genders (non-mahrams) in Islam.
Our interaction with opposite gender must not be casual, and must be restricted to only necessary encounters, and proper guidelines are to be followed. Shar'ii parday ko follow krna automatically implies that there can't be any casual relationship between non-mahrams of opposite gender, and it definitely does not mean you get a free pass.
Yes there's a concept, in fact there's a quranic verse:
"Momin mard aur aurat ek dosre ke dost hain agr wo neki ka huk aur burai se rokte hain"
Agr in 2 kamon ke ilawa koi aur reason hai jese dukhre share krna, ya gossip ya time pass ya wese shoq keliye, to bilkul nhi allowed

Men or women both dress to impress. Konse bunday hain jo baghair tyar huay office jatay. Just look at their suits, their, hair, their perfumes, they all dress well. And who says that women who are in hijab don't go after the cosmetic products and don't care how they look? All women do whatever they can to look good. Hijab does promote humility but it isn't there for humility. Don't men need humility too then?
Then shouldn't you try to understand men and woman psychology and why Allah asked women to do hijab and not men?

Absolutely. He is so wrong here. Actually he was trying to say that hijab is not a hindrance for a woman to become a leader but what he said to explain this was totally wrong. Hijab is not for humility. And men and women both try to look good and dress up. And women who are in hijab also do all those things to look good that other women do

Hr cheez ka aik proper context hota hai. Agr society culture ki waja se Islam ka ghalat use krti hai to iska ye mtlb nhi hai k saray ulama aur da'ee qasoor waar hain. They only give fatwas based on what is conveyed to them (the situation). Agr koi uski basis pr ksi ko oppress kre ga to iska blame aalim pr nhi hai.
And yes, the reason for hijab which Dr. Sahil touched upon, does not do justice to it, and does not cover the Islamic psychology.
Baqi jahan tk fashion ki baat ki ap ne, to yes. Islam forbids fashion to attract opposite gender. No two ways around it. If that sounds like oppression to you, then it's your problem. No one is allowed to see your beauty except those who are lawful for you, and that's that. Throwing tantrums isn't going to help.
Regarding job, then this depends on the situation. As a necessity women are allowed to work and earn livelihoods (widows or those who don't have anyone to care for them, the husband suffers from a terminal illness and his family can't or won't help you), but there are many who are just obsessed with building careers despite having no valid need, and have convinced themselves that being dependent on the husband is equivalent to making him a tyrant or a dictator over you, and therefore spend their lives competing with men. Hence, their personal, professional life as well as marriage life suffers badly. So, this distinction needs to be made. And that is mostly why our society does not view women working as something positive.
About "education", then forming opinions on hypotheticals and at the same time holding the da'ee as responsible for it, is not exactly a mature move. Education k naam pr aj kal jo hota hai wo ap ko bhi achay se pata hai, aur mujhay bhi pta hai. Jb tk ye co-education wala menace khtm nhi hoga, society (muslim) education pr object krti rahay gi, because co-education is un-Islamic, and will remain un-Islamic. Yes, we don't have enough resources to provide separate and good-quality education services for women, aur isi wajah se these problems are happening, and won't be rectified anytime soon. So, there are many factors at play. Don't be shallow. It's not black-and-white and not everything is oppression.
