My medical school has these chairs and the moment I sat in one I knew I needed it. I have tried so many office chairs. I had the steelcase gesture but it hurt my back, I currently am using the Hag Capisco but it cuts off the circulation to my legs. I have a very specific back pain and this chair is the only chair I have used that makes my pain manageable when sitting.
My ex company used this chair. But from what i observed there were multiple defective units after only about 1-2 years usage (the lumbar support slider gets stuck or comes off, broken wheels, lifting mechanism fail, etc), although perhaps maybe people don't handle chairs with as much care in office. That said i never felt great about the lumbar support for this one, even after trying out various positions on the back slider.
Thanks for sharing your experience, I think the durability we'll have to wait and see, but for the lumbar perhaps its not a good fit for you. We are all built differently so some chairs may feel good for some and not for others :) No right answer here ;)
I am 5"10 and my biggest reason to buy this its headrest which is not good in leap and gesture. I just want confirm does headrest reach that height. Can you tell us your height. Thank you
They sell 2 versions, one with the headrest and one without. If you do decided that you want the headrest later on, you can email them to order that part. I have not come across 3rd party ones yet.

My height is 169cm. However it really depends on your build, you might have a longer neck or a longer torso, so this is really subjective :)
