Very cool and funny guy ! and awesome result. I wonder : why didnt he get rotated ? his occlusal plane looked very steep (maybe patient just cared about ATM issues and not breathing issues?). Getting my surgery next week, his positivity and experience reassured me a lot. Crazy how well he can talk after surgery.

Una pregunta la operacion se hace en la parte frontal de la mandibula pero tambien puede adelantar hacia adelante por consecuencia el angulo mandibular? Es que quisiera hacerme la operacion pero quiero tambien tener mas angulo mandibular gracias !
