You're a million times over a better teacher then my professor at college. He just hands a book and does a few power points that aren't informative.

When you know and love whatever it is that you do for work it is easy to explain things and teach a broad level of understanding.
My respects to him for making it look so easy.

I sat here and cheered with my arms in the air when you talked about employees screwing up their machines lol. It's never their fault when they install shopping assistants on internet explorer, it's always my fault. Not anymore!

    Hi Eli,
I am still not finished your Windows Server 2012 course but I can honestly say you teached me during 14 lessons more than anybody else on college or at work. Wish all teachers would have your attitude and gift to understandably pass on their knowledge. Plus your english is easily understandable even for foreigners with poor language skill like me.
Thank you very much and I am looking forward to your next lessons :-).

man, if I was in the USA, I would do my best to have you as a teacher. It's not just about the knowledge you have, but the way you transmit it. It's brutally clear and logic. Thank you and kind regards.

I never saw any tutor go straight forward to the topic like u no much silly stories about his wife or kids or pets which completely has nothing to do with lesson. People normally get bored after 30 minutes so thumb up for you. you r good

That 90/10 ratio is in line with my experiences with supporting a large infrastructure. with multiple users.
Again, thanks for your vids, I've been learning a lot from them and I hope to at least gain some better employment out of it. The ability to mimic an enviro through ESX, Hyper V, or Oravle VM is fantastic. I am just kind of upset I did not get into this stuff earlier.

YOUR SO RIGHT ABOUT END USERS!!! I worked at Cisco not FOR them. I sat around the corner from the eccentric IT geek. And twice to three times a day he had to unphuc a computer that a end user, usually the engineers, phuced up. He HATED the open computers with no lockdown GPO.
