I love these 2, they are so in sync. It's rare to see couples that have what you have, truly a team and cooperation, no ego with eachother and pure love. I still see many couples that have ego (especially when both are in the same field) and there's a subtle competitive nature with eachother as they both worry about needing to dominate with ego battling, I see none of that here. Everyone deserves to have an ideal love like this. 2 very self aware, positive, and secure people. I love you both

Getting used to raw prep alone. It's like cooking for a holiday daily. I'm used to making healthy one or two-pot meals. But I like the textures and tastes. And I know it's better for health. Hopefully Hun will get hooked.
Awww yeah it definitely depends what you’re making too. Nate and I spend maybe an hour total for all meals for 2 in a day, unless we are making different meals, it can take longer, but it gets easier the more you practice too. Love that you enjoy regardless!

Tribest Sedona Express is my dehydrator....it rocks!! Also the trays fit in my sink for washing better than the Excaliber. I had for many years but it was frustrating to wash. Trying this! yum!
I made these yesterday and they were AMAZING!!!! I will say that it took about 8 hours at 110 for my patties to dehydrate to the consistency that was workable and no longer wet though. I have an Excalibur 9 tray as well, how were you able to get them done in a hour and a half? Is there a trick to it? This recipe is so flavorful and delicious and as a new raw foodie I would really like to thank you for helping me navigate my new way of eating.
It probably depends on how humid it is in your kitchen . But I also find that dehydrating times are always much longer than the recipe calls for. I also find celery to be very watery once processed so when I try this recipe I’ll put less celery in it.

You could totally! I find raw sprouted chickpeas to be super starchy tasting and nothing like the flavor of cooked ones so they don’t really taste the same as a classic falafel.
You had mentioned recently you were going to revamp meal plan 1 to match the others AND while doing that you were going to make each meal in the book. I would love to see those videos!!!!
I do this all the time with the celery pulp from my celery juice....I never used dates though. Good. You could also make it as a crust, spread it out to a rectangular shape.

Hmmm you can try but it will not taste the same. It’ll be much more nuttier. You could try freezing, I’m thinking they’ll be soggier or mushier than when made fresh. Might need extra time in the dehydrator after to compensate? You can certainly try, I never have because I feel they’d be too mushy.

1/2 cup cilantro/parsley
1/4 cup hemp seeds
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 cups sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp cumin
