🇵🇱 Zbudowane są na bazie brony typu Titanum Standard. Standardowo są wyposażone w walec rurowy o średnicy 600 mm oraz talerze uzębione 560 mm. Wylewki aplikacyjne zamontowane za przednim rzędem talerzy umożliwiają bardzo dobre mieszanie gnojowicy z glebą. Aplikatory talerzowe mogą być stosowane także w przypadku większej ilości zalegających na polu resztek pożniwnych. Wyposażone są w rozdrabniacz poziomy, odpowiednio dobrany do szerokości roboczej aplikatora. Opcjonalnie maszyna może być wyposażona w rozdrabniacz z separatorem kamieni. Standardowo uzbrojone są w węże gumowe PCV o średnicy 50 mm, opcjonalnie można wyposażyć aplikator w węże gumowe ze zbrojeniem stalowym o średnicy 60 mm. Aplikatory mogą być wyposażone w specjalne koła podporowe z przodu i z tyłu maszyny lub także inny walec doprawiający. Aplikator przystosowany jest do agregacji bezpośrednio z ciągnikiem rolniczym jak i z wozem asenizacyjnym.
🇬🇧 They are built on the basis of the Titanum Standard harrow. As standard, they are equipped with a tubular roller with a diameter of 600 mm and toothed discs of 560 mm. Application spouts mounted behind the front row of discs enable very good mixing of the slurry with the soil. Disc applicators can also be used in the case of larger amounts of crop residues lying in the field. They are equipped with a horizontal shredder, appropriately selected to the working width of the applicator. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a shredder with a stone separator. As standard, they are equipped with PVC rubber hoses with a diameter of 50 mm; optionally, the applicator can be equipped with rubber hoses with steel reinforcement with a diameter of 60 mm. Applicators can be equipped with special support wheels at the front and rear of the machine or with another dressing roller. The applicator is designed for aggregation directly with a farm tractor and a slurry tanker.
🇩🇪 Sie basieren auf der Egge Titanum Standard. Standardmäßig sind sie mit einer Rohrwalze mit einem Durchmesser von 600 mm und Zahnscheiben von 560 mm ausgestattet. Hinter der vorderen Scheibenreihe angebrachte Ausbringrohre ermöglichen eine sehr gute Durchmischung der Gülle mit dem Boden. Bei größeren Mengen an Ernterückständen, die auf dem Feld liegen, können auch Scheibenapplikatoren eingesetzt werden. Sie sind mit einem horizontalen Zerkleinerer ausgestattet, der auf die Arbeitsbreite des Applikators abgestimmt ist. Optional kann die Maschine mit einem Zerkleinerer mit Steinabscheider ausgestattet werden. Standardmäßig sind sie mit PVC-Gummischläuchen mit einem Durchmesser von 50 mm ausgestattet; optional kann der Applikator mit Gummischläuchen mit Stahlverstärkung mit einem Durchmesser von 60 mm ausgestattet werden. Applikatoren können mit speziellen Stützrädern vorne und hinten an der Maschine oder mit einer weiteren Abrichtrolle ausgestattet werden. Der Applikator ist für die direkte Aggregation mit einem Ackerschlepper und einem Güllefass konzipiert.
