I hope that I will be smart and lucky enough to get such a good place with a reasonable price when I am moving there in August 2023. • @Lavenially
      @Lavenially  4 года назад +10

      definitely! all the basic living costs that u need to pay are for rent, health insurance and like a monthly tax which is less than €20/mo. So it all depends on how much you pay for rent since accomodation price depends largely on where u live & what kind of room u get and also your lifestyle in general. But with €900 a month it’s definitely more than enough to cover all the basic living costs.

    How much your monthly total expenses and how much wages for part time job?

    • @Lavenially
      @Lavenially  3 года назад +1

      It cost me somewhere between €550-700, my monthly expenses mostly consisted of : rent, food, groceries, health insurance, internet & transportation. It obviously differs from person to person depending on each person’s spending and necessities. As for part time job, i have no clue about that, i think u can find some info on google.

      Hi, i was here as an exchange student and was able to move in as soon as my study period began. I applied around 6 months before moving in. I do understand and have heard from others that the waiting period might not be the same case for everyone, especially when applying as a full time student since there’s always a waiting list to get a room here.

    • @baykusumsu
      @baykusumsu 3 года назад

      You usually can't find a place before coming to Germany. My advice for Munich, the first month arrange a temporary accommodation, and in the meanwhile apply to all dorms you have found. You can check wg-gesucht, but finding a place from there usually needs you to be in town since all the ads come and go for the first week. Always try to be one of the first applicants.
