Let’s hear it again: “Always press charges when a Karen physically assaults you!” Unlike what this guy thinks she will do it again to some other poor person, employee or not.
Although, in this case...I don't think she'll be smart enough to try it again after having OP scare the ever living crud out of her...lol
Especially when they assault the really young! Why don’t these people understand if they get the response that they don’t work there that the person actually DOES NOT!!! If this happens all of the time the common denominator is them!!!

in the first story i loved this story! I do wish more bosses like that. So chill and not condescending, or going off the deep end on her. That mild chiding and learning experience with lunch afterword's, was satisfying to listen to.

Important that they learn from their mistake and don’t repeat it. And no real damage was done except to maybe her pride so it all ended well.

The first story was great. She did her job. She'll probably ask the person who they are and why they parked there now. She'll still give them a warning before towing if it's not one of the guys.
That’s a special kind of stupid to double park like that a second time.
Especially when the guy you're blocking in owns a towing company and knows the local police by name.
HOA OP, please out this realtor. You DO NOT have to live in an HOA in Florida. There are plenty of homes NOT located nor ruled by an HOA in Florida. There is one, one street from me on 93 acres. One main home, with a rental. Both are on a lake. Maybe 2,000 ft of lakefront.

In all fairness to the woman, that's only a little more likely than being struck by a meteor, and orders of magnitude less likely than being injured in a vehicle accident. The news media always plays up stranger danger incidents precisely because they're super rare.

First story: In any other situation, this would be a 'hazing', everyone laughs at it, and move on with their lives. As OP says, she's part of the team now. I have had it done to me whenever I start a new job.
However, if she was a feminist, she would sue the owner and the company for embarrassing her and causing a toxic working environment. Be careful out there!
The final story warms my heart.
Gonna be honest, selling your house because of an obnoxious neighbor isn't really malicious compliance.
YG not employee: In 1972 I scared my boss to the point he almost FODed his underwear. (FOD means foreign object damage.) And as I glared at him it looked as if he dropped from 160 pounds to about 120.
He had tiptoed in behind me as I was writing in my guard log and said, “Stick ‘em up!” I went into “I am dead if I don’t take him out” and lashed out with a back kick. Fortunately for him the kick turned me enough to see his hand was empty. I still turned around with my hand on my gun.
I leave that HOA neighbor a nice little going away present.

I’m wondering where the last guy lives that the cops can write tickets for the way people park on private property. I don’t see those holding up in the courtroom.
I've heard of some places where the law allows the police to write a ticket for traffic offences which take place on private land so long as the land owner gives permission. On the other hand, so many stories nowadays are AI written, that could be a clue that this story was yet another of the many AI written fakes. Then again, I know some places where blocking in someone's vehicle, even on private land, is a traffic offence and action can be taken by the police even without permission from the land owner. So the answer is, it's not certain but it's quite possible that the story is fake.
That first story was funny but it could have been avoided by just saying "Hi, I'm your boss." All the same, I'd have probably done the same, cuz I can be devilish. Lol
