Yep, Sgt Andrews, the kids dad. Stike ONEEEE. (that was 10 inches off the plate!!) next pitch was nowhere close (strike TWOOOOOOO!) so now, I've gotta swing at anything or this punk will strike me out!!! Here comes the pitch and it was so FU&$^$ing slow (and not on purpose) I think I got TWO swings at it, it was so slow ,(lol) missing both times! He STILL brings that $hit up!!!

Yup if no attempt by the batter to avoid the pitch. If it hits him he does not get a to base….. gets called as a ball

Many of these odd throws are because the pitcher has his goop on the ball.
